Each session may include a variety of techniques from different modalities; the essence of my treatments lay in the realms of Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, and Myofascial Release. The specificity of the modality type can be confirmed with communication. I exclusively serve clients in their own home/space that they have available. My rate reflects hands-on time with me, gratuity is not expected. I serve Sedona, Flagstaff, and the rest of the Verde Valley. Services outside of Sedona are subject to additional rates for transportation time/costs. If you are outside of these areas, please contact me to open a line of communication for logistics.
