Scheduling a session is as easy as saying hello! It is important to schedule at least 2 weeks in advance in order to secure the time and date you have in mind.

Planning Your Day
I would arrive 15 minutes early to our appointment in order to set up the massage table and have a proper intake with you regarding the session. Sessions have the potential to extend beyond the base lengths by 5-10 minutes at the most; I plan on being effective during the treatment, but if a muscle takes longer to release I want to allow the time and space for that. To be forward I practice conventional hygiene myself, I would greatly appreciate the courtesy of a quick rinse on your part any time before our session. If it can be afforded, plan on being productive before the session and allow yourself to unwind and relax for the rest of the day post-treatment. Water intake is foundational, try to have plenty the day before, during, and especially after our session.

Questions / Comments / Concerns
I hope it is apparent that I am here to help. Please let me know if there is an aspect you need clarification on. I personally run this website myself, I need your input in order to continue growing! I am excited to be available in this endeavor.

Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients across the board, the following policy is honored:

Day Before Treatment notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me notice the day before your treatment you will have a $5 honor charge that will be administered on your next scheduled session. I value my time- when I offer my services to you it is a commitment. I look at the "honor charge" as a bit of mindfulness that this is a team dynamic; accountability is the first step to teamwork

I look forward to working with you!
